unityofsaints says:
It's Win 7, the hard disk desktop icons are the giveaway. If it really is XP, someone should publish the BIOS
bigblock990 says:
Nothing special here. That is publicly available bios from asrock website. X299 ocf has two asmedia sata ports which allow you to run IDE mode. XP works no problem.
Noxinite says:
Great work!
Do you miss running cold ram + cpu for 32M like back with DDR3?
unityofsaints says:
Interesting. Is it Kaby-X only like the Apex?
Splave says:
every damn day
no just 1.20 bios from asrock.com clear cmos before changing to skyx
justin_wong says:
Good performance now, so far P1.20 seems strongest bios.
websmile says:

Splave! How the heck did you make those memories go 12-11-11-28? Whoa?! I have 4400Mhz and 4600Mhz all I can do is 14-14-14-28.... What voltage did you give VCCSA, VCCIO and DRAM?
Splave says:
1.35sa 1.4vccio 2.00vdimm
ADVenturePO says:
Thanks, Splave! A didn't get over 1.28 at VCCIO. That may be the solution...
