Air cooling was Scythe Mugen 2 with Scythe Gentle Typhoon @1850rpm. I think ram was Mushkin 996599 because Geil Green could not do high freq with these timings.
I think that i've seen in Xtremesystems an issue about your board or a similar Asus 785G board about not going over 260 HT. Check your temps, set every ram timing manually and lower the RAM divider. I couldn't go over 3.6 in the beginning because the board had max TRC=26 and Geil Green could not reach high freq with that TRC, so i switched over to mushkin.
