No CPU-Z will read DRAM timings or frequency (2.06 2.00 1.63 Legacy1.04), nor MemSet. Thus DRAM frequnency is an estimate based off of strap & FSB. Speedstep wlways enabled, took 9x 320 freq.

A good suggestion, unfortunately latest Vintage 1.04 & standard 1.63 / 2.00 / 2.06 will not work. MemSet too throws bogus 10-15-15 timings.
At least, I think it should not be an issue this stage since I am not the only one with this problem. Must be chipset problem like nForce GF9400.
