How do you check if it's a wall?
I assume it's a guess based on
- additional voltage doing nothing
- being able to bench within 100 MHz of your suicide clocks

like TaPaKah said, plus that if the boot FSB is set to 319, the board will show the corresponding bios code for FSB wall.
Which one is it? Never heard of this one.
I have had the experience that if the motherboard shows 6F, you are usually in the FSB wall
