went outside. wasnt really below 0 but alot lower ambient. My chip seems to just have a brutal voltage wall for 5100. 5050 requires like 1.59 vcore to boot.
If TEMP's are not a problem.. Setting priority to real time will give an additional + 3-6 point's in CB-11.5
