RaspberryHex commented on his own score:
2.4V. It POST 1700MHz and 1640MHz 1.8V, strange IC's, seems it doesn't scale above 2.3-2.45V. Can be validated 7-8-8-18 at the same clock.

top 2 on air cooling, keep pushing!
gtxx58 says:
Nice result, whats max benchable frequency ? and timing, interesting ic for sure!
RaspberryHex says:
Max benchable frequency is somewhere about 1500-1540MHz for 1.8V, 1580-1600MHz for 2.2V, 1600-1620MHz 7-8-8 for 2.45V (And minus ~80MHz for the second module) . IC's are most likely Nanya D-Die Single-Rank. :)

really interesting stuff, just found a couple sticks of this in my collection and trying it right now.
RaspberryHex says:
good luck, will track you
TerraRaptor says:
Nice clock
ground says:
is there any trick to get these to scale with voltage? mine do 700 7-8-8 1.45V, 720 7-8-8 1.8V and less at higher volts.
