It had bugged me for a while that while my old Xeon E5645s could score 22 points in Cinebench R11.5, my X5690s at a higher clock speed could only do around 16 point. I spent about 16 hours out of the last 24 trying to figure out why, and it came down to several factors including background proccesss and a semi-working RAM module while I removed. Cinebench R11.5 immediately jumped up from 16-odd points to almost 22, which prompted me to try 2003 again and this is the score I get. I can get thi...
