Damn Pentium 4 650! It not only cycle the clock down to x14, when not loaded (one have to run something to get the hi-clock, lol), but it also cannot overclock more. Tried 208MHz - APIC bios crash - BSOD. 206 seems to work, at least I can type now... :)))
