I don't Know why it's written Vanta/Vanta LT, it's a Vanta. GPU-Z is not working good, it also said 100/125, and the card is working @ 170/230

that's not gpu-z's fault. the driver itself is named "Vanta/Vanta LT".
the 100/125 is the default clock. on older cards the actual clock can't be always read correctly and also shows under "gpu clock"
