just checked intels white papers about turbo mode.

im not sure what to think about your score, but in my oppinion the maximum possible multiplier is 23. it looks more like a bugged result to me. could you exlain, which settings you had in your evga bios?

No, simply kept running geekbench, and hoping for a lucky screencap/submission combo, and I got it the stress of geekbench (other benches/stressers should work here as well) tipped the turbo and speedsteps in favour of the 25x multi.
