Actually CPUCool, for this motherboard it's ICS 9248-98. I see you have EPIA-V, interested in seeing how far you can bring it.
Unfortunately it has a huge jump to 150MHz after this which is unstable for me. Nothing in between.

I looked at my EPIA, there is also 9248. I remembered that I didn't try to overclock it, I confused it with another VIA board.
For more overclocking, you can try to make vmod and use a discrete graphics card.
