It appears my Lua single-core score was far higher than usual, 27.4k vs 8.2k. I feel this is more of a bug/lucky run. To my knowledge 1gb maxmem tweak should only benefit memory score, leaving other single-core subscores virtually unchanged and harming multi-core overall.
Windows Management Instrumentation is disabled, that's why Geekbench 3 doesn't report motherboard/Windows version correctly. Unrelated to score.
