Nice result! Epower card?
Should be possible without epower. My Gainward GS runs 1100/1380 through 3DMark03 and what stopped me is the ocp at 1.55V and 1100MHz core, which was very easy to disable afterwards.
epower board, yes! 1,8v gpu and 1,45v mem, but the card closed the run at 1230 mhz on gpu...
