it is not mandatory. If one has validation file it is easy to upload it to 3Dmark, set necessary clocks and make SS. This doesn't require stability and makes SS meaningless.

Since 1-11-2010, screenshot is "always" mandatory in all benchmark, except cpu frequency (cpu-z).
