No it is not it is a 16800btu Rotary unit it has a Kprobe at the back of the evap at is says -58 and it have a k probe mounted in the site of the kopper thats on the cpu and it reads the temps i reported so no it is not out of range i have measured it with 3 different temp units and the probe is a Omega probe and there is only 1 degree differens with in the 3 temp units! in Cold rom temp like 6-10 c it is about 3-5c lower

not that BIG btu´s count mate..because the limit of refrigerant´s push with one 10-12k btu ....for example R507a have -47.1 boiled points , R404a -46,4 ..most phase change builders push the discharge pressure over safe limit to get that lower temps ..but in 1 year( or less) you have a death compressor.
