After battling it out in 4 gruelling stages, we are are happy to announce the top 10 of the Intel Masters of 12th Gen competition.

The numerous overclockers got challenged to not only just maximize their CPU and memory as the first two stages required much tweaking not only on the hardware side but also the WIndows 10 Operating System required many optimizations. Some overclockers went through all  versions of WIndows 10 to find the best performing one per stage.

Stage 2 which was SuperPi 32M  even forced our participants to revert back to motherboards supporting DDR4 due to the imposed JEDEC memory speed limitation.

Stage 3 was featuring once more the Pentium Gold G7400 but this time with a limitation on the CPU mulitplier for the Cinebench R11.5 benchmark.

The final stage had no clock limitations but the overclockers were obliged to run HWBot's harsh X265 4K encoding benchmark on their Intel 12th Gen CPUs. A benchmark which has a reputation to be a CPU killer.

- Stage 1 was won by Rauf (SWE)  -  OGS  -  Splave
- Stage 2 was won by Rauf (SWE)  -  OGS  -  Phil
- Stage 3 was won by Kikoone31 (FRA)  -  Bullshooter  -  Noizemaker
- Stage 4 was won by Splave (USA)  -  Rauf  -  L0ud Sil3nc3

Rauf from Sweden claimed the number one spot after a very big effort in Stage 4 by highly optimizing his score by running 4 times overkill mode.
The first runner up is also not an unknown to online or even live competitions,  Greek Overclocker Stavros Savvopoulos from Team Overclocked Gaming Systems - OGS.

ASRock's top overclocker Captain America aka Splave closes the top 3 of this fierce competition.

Here's the rundown of the prize money won by these gentlemen:

Thanks to all participants for a great competition, featuring in every stage very tight scores and it required a huge effort from all participants to secure their spots in the final fourth stage. Ofcourse no huge competition without a little drama!
Great to see Vertex OC from France with his dice cooled setup learning the ropes of extreme cooling

A super big thanks ofcourse to Intel for choosing HWBot to host this competition! Without their continuous support this would never have been possible!  Thanks Dan, Tony and Doug, very much appreciated gentlemen!
