Canadian overclocker Saltycroissant has achieved a new world record for DDR5 memory frequency, surpassing 6400MHz (12805MT/s to be precise) with a single stick of 24GB Corsair Vengeance RAM cooled by liquid nitrogen.

This feat was accomplished on an ASRock Z890 Taichi OCF motherboard paired with an Intel Core i7 Ultra 265K Arrow Lake processor,to cool down the Vengeance memory stick Saltycroissant used a Frostvolt LN2 memory pot and Splave's own Splave One thermal paste.

This World Record is highlighting Saltycroissant's expertise on the new platform and marking a welcome return for Corsair to the top of the HWBOT charts.

Great job sir,
