Enabling HPET would result in a serious performance impact on these high core counts. It is within the rules to run GPUPI on Windows 10 without BenchMate, if you are using Intel Skylake+. The only thing you need to know is that GPUPI can't auto-detect that Intel's invariant TSC is currently enabled, if the Windows 10 version is >= RS5. So this was benched on RS4 or lower.
