System totally hair triggered! Cold boot meant totally have to start rise multiplier from start with +50 step increments until in bios 10750. 10800 booted to desktop but froze while loading CPU-z and total power down afterwards. Took 5 minutes to recover from that crash by removing the battery and didn't bother to improve anymore for little increase.
