8 year and 9 months ago – I wanted to reach as close to true 100 MHz as possible, for real time use such as gaming and audio related applications. The closer I got to 100, the more important it becomes to sync your clock before testing. 100.0000 MHz was the result (as much as XTU measures). I use the Motherboards High Precision Timer, and made Windows 10 use only it in the CMD.
