Thx! Just made the obvious one's. Vnb, Vdroop, Vcore. I had the feeling that CPU can go even higher but mobo is holding me back. But Voltage doesnt seem to have much impact. Timings are more important.

I would say that NB power section is too weak. Try to find 8800 GTX, then do a "zombie" mod and with 4phase power section connected to NB it'll fly higher
Your mem timmings are proper. CL 2.5 is very stable on 865 chipset. Keep pushing
