I always have fast loading time (already tested it with different SSD btw)
Just installing windows 7 64 bits ultimate and run the benchmark.

Yes, only with normal harddisks and if my OS is dirty and beat up, the performance is worst.
There is off-course a small difference between a Corsair 120GB Force GT and a Samsung 840 Pro 256GB, but it is always between 3800-4500.
Again, if OS starts to became dirty and corrupted the loading time becomes worse (around 7K)
