BelgiumMassman a commenté son propre score:

Good CH run (first run I complete with good CH). Nature, DH and LH 'okay', other's a bit low. 124k possible with this setup - maybe for later.

Eeky NoX dit :

Nice run Massman :) Good chip btw

TaPaKaH dit :

would be interesting CF with these cards, even with nature at 1600-1700fps

ItalyIron dit :

Nice run Pieter, but I think Nature is a bit slow... when I did the 3dm01 run with the 4870@1,110GHz gpu, I was at 1128fps... so probably here is the UD7 that limits the score, given that you have 200mhz more for the cpu and 40mhz more for the gpu.

Can't you try this setup with an UD4 or UD5?

I think you should get around 125K just by changing the mobo. :)

Eeky NoX dit :

Agree with you about that board. I have strange scores with it, especially 03 :(

TaPaKaH dit :

Nature is a bit slow
could be because of the fact that 4890 is slightly slower than 4870 at same clocks

Didn't know that, Sam. I didn't do a comparative run, but this Monday we're going to do a run with our 4890, we'll try to use same frequencies, so we could quantify the "delta" between 4870 and 4890 :)

Not far from 124K go go go :)

Hm. In your 124k run?

You're at 5850MHz with the CPU. I've only got 5710MHz, which makes quite a difference even in Nature. That being said, I did have this run on the UD4:

1100FPS with only 1000 core. Not sure if it was part of the tweaking, but ever since I started working with the UD7, I felt nature was a tad slow.

"Nature, DH and LH 'okay' " ....Define ok my man :D

Not bad!

ItalyIron dit :

Nono Pieter, I was referring to this one, the last with the 4870 at high freqs and with a non-alien cpu :D
