The ultimate team overclocking contest just came to a close over the weekend, arriving at a somewhat unexpected climax with the Madshrimps Belgium OC Team taking the win. What is perhaps more interesting is that this win follows up on last year’s success, making it two wins in two years. A huge congrats to the Belgians (again…)!

Subcategory 1: 2D - When we last checked in around one month ago, Overclock.net were in complete control. At the end of the contest however we find the Madshrimps of Belgium are top dog with wins in four of the six sub-category stages. The Belgians take the win with a total of 280 points while French Legion are second with 274 points and Overclock.net in third with 264 points.

Subcategory 2: 3D - In the area of 3D benching We find again that the Belgians are in control. A score of 286 points and four more stage wins put them at the top of the pile. Overclock.net are closest with 278 points while XtremeOverdrive OC team Italy arrive in third place with 272 points.

Subcategory 3: Misc 1 - In miscellaneous category 1, we probably shouldn’t be too surprised to see the Madshrimps of Belgian at the helm. This time, it’s with an almost perfect score of 298 points. Only in Stage 4 did they narrowly lose out to Overclock.net, the runners up here with 276 points. XtremeOverdrive OC team Italy are third with 260 points.

Subcategory 4: Misc 2 - Any guesses as to the winner in Subcategory 4? It’s those Belgian’s again who win four from six stages to claim the win with 296 points. This time we find the oldtimers of Warp9-systems in runner spot, no doubt feeling a little disappointed having been prominent at the top at several points during the contest. They finish with 260 points while XtremeOverdrive OC team Italy are third with 252 points.
