In the months following Computex it was remarkable quiet in the 8 Pack camp. Not only did the former #1 drop to fourth place in the Overclockers League - surpassed by Dancop, Xtreme Addict and Der8auer - many world records changed hands. We almost thought the reign of "The Pack" was over, but then this happened.

Four World Records and three Global First Places. That's the damage 8 Pack is able to cause when he ready and storming. Among the World Records we find the most prominent 3DMarks of today: Fire Strike Extreme, Fire Strike, 11 Performance and Vantage Performance. In each of the four benchmarks, Xtreme Addict has to step down one notch.

The World Record gear consists of a Core i7 5960X at 5.8GHz, four MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti Lightning graphics cards at 1775/2000 MHz, and the GIGABYTE X99-SOC Champion (3x) or the ASUS Rampage V Extreme (1x). All this is paired with a set of HyperX Predator DDR4 memory.

Combining the World Records with the Global First Places, 8 Pack has jumped to 3rd Place in the Overclockers League trailing Xtreme Addict by a couple of points.
