Most Valuable Submission of Week 31, 2015: 146 points by K|ngp|n (United States)
Last week we received about 3765 benchmark results from 901 registered overclockers around the world. The majority of the submissions is coming from Rookie overclockers representing 60% of the active community. They were responsible for 40% of the submissions. We had a peek at the most valuable submissions in a breakdown per league.
As you can see in the table below, the most valuable submission of the week was the Global First Place of K|ngp|n in 3DMark Fire Strike using a single GeForce GTX 980 Ti graphics card. We covered his overclocking escapades with the new K|ngp|n edition graphics card in a newsflash article earlier this week, highlighting breaking the 13,000 marks barrier in 3DMark Fire Strike Extreme. With 146 points K|ngp|n yields about 80 points more than UK based ObscureParadox who has been very active lately. In the Rookie area we see Davidmoffitt scoring 44 points in XTU with a Core i7 5930K and (go check out the submission!) 64GB of DDR4-2666 memory.
The overclocking results submitted during Week 31 generated in total 550 World Record Points, 5410.8 Global Points, and 6796.5 Hardware Points. The distribution per League is as follows: 21% for Elite, 31% for Extreme, 19% for Enthusiast, 9% for Novice, and 20% for Rookie. The representation of the active community is as follows: 2% Elite, 13% Extreme, 13% Enthusiast, 12% Novice, and 60% Rookie.
