Heads up: total recalculation of the points scheduled
Just a small newspost to give you a heads up on a possible slower response from the HWBOT server this afternoon (or morning or evening, depending on where you live).
The latest HWBOT revision (r4.6.3) includes a fix related to the submissions of banned users. Previously, the results of banned users still affected the points of the rankings, meaning lower points for other participants in that ranking. R4.6.3 now fixes this, but there's still a part of manual labour involved: triggering the recalculation mechanism.
We expect the site to run a little slower than usual and this for a couple of hours. As you might know, there are about 650,000 results in the database ... lots of work for the engine in other words.

There might be other side-effects such as user and team totals not being entirely correct. These will resolve themselves after the calculation is done :)
If you recalculate Knop and Karl separately, that should speed things up :p
Bad news (server slow) are GREAT news (correct points) !! I tell you a secret trick to do it in half of the time: exclude Turrican, Sam and Knopflerbruce :D €: damn I feel so pwnd ^^

beating SoF is hardly an achievement :DWe tested this on our UAT server and the points were indeed correct again. So, it's not a guess. Once the recalc is completed, I'll post here as well and then you can comment on how it's not working ... lol.
:woot: it works, I saw banned score removed and #2 with 39 pts are now #1 with 49 pts.

Just to indicate how massive the recalculation really is, we started about 5 hours ago and about 75k of the 655k results have been recalculated (about 11%).
