It was 55 x 104.5. Fixed it now. All other info seems to be correct, except that 130mhz bclk.. which gives you that false 55 x 130 = 7.15Ghz result

Thanks for the info, very useful. Seems like XTU thinks you're using the 1.25x gear ratio. Probably related to the board not passing on the correct information.
