Thank you guys :-)

Damn, really nice fsb for a 990fx board

No dropped channels!
cnzdrn says:
Maybe my board is lucky, i've tried some other board and i can't go over 370. If you boot in dual channels you don't lose it when you raise in windows. I think i can do better, in single i can go up 425 with best dram (see wprime sub) with second module i can go up 412.
yosarianilives says:
I haven't been able to go over about 320 without dropping a channel on any of the sempys I binned so far on any board I own, but I've also only had the cpu on ss with chipset on air. Perhaps I need to put both on dice. I did find that slamming all the secondary voltages helped a bit, including dram, so perhaps I need some d9s to push above the 2.2v I feel safe with on my hypers.
Noxinite says:
I never tried raising in OS, but I think I managed to boot upto 420MHz with single channel on my 990XA-UD3 (all ambient). However, I don't remember what the maximum dual channel boot was.
Edit:
2.2V on hypers?!

They didn't seem to mind, actually they kinda enjoyed it. Just need some air flow. Let me do 1750 6-6-6 with just about all the subs the chv gives minned out. Also had to max vdda and vddr to get the IMC to be happy, along with a generous dose of cpu-nb. Vcore only wanted like 1.7v though.
Noxinite says:
I've had 2-3 sticks develop weird timing walls or start to fail 32M when using between 2-2.05V (bios) for a long period of time (over a year).
cnzdrn says:
On air i can boot at 360 with dual and 390 in single. I use elpida bbse at 1,8v, if i raise the dram voltage over 1,85 i lose stability/ dual. If you boot at 420 you can reach at least 450 in windows! With hypers i can boot at 345. I use all voltage at stock exept vcore 1,75, 1,5v on cpu-nb and 1,8 dram. I'll try to raise vdda and vddr :)
Noxinite says:
I might pull the board out of storage and have a test then.
