My XTU benchmark scores have been low for a while, but I was never able to figure out what it was until now. It turned out that I had to set the XMP profile of my RAM to extreme in order to get better performance. I also took the liberty to do a little more tweaking on my RAM timings. I now have it running at 10-11-11-31, which is a little better than the previous setting of 10-12-12-31. These two things combined boosted my previous score of 670 marks to 858 marks.
