GPU-Z doesn't report the proper clocks due to the card running on a LN2 BIOS. The attached camera pic is the real clocks. So the problem is when I increase the clock speed it thinks I'm increasing reference. The BIOS is the SKYN3T BIOS. The version I'm running starts at 1207MHZ.
