TeamAU Break Aquamark World Record, Now Stands at 729,067 Marks

Aussie OC masters Dinos22 and youngpro have been flexing their OC muscles for TeamAU once again, this time busting out a new Aquamark World Record while attending the Intel Extreme Masters event in Sydney over the weekend. The new World Record score for Aquamark now stands at a whopping 729,067 marks, quite some way ahead of their nearest competitor which is Russian legend Smoke on 701,468 marks.

The new record was made using a pair of GTX 980 Ti cards at stock joined by a Kaby Lake Core i7 7700K processor that was pushed to 6,500MHz (+54.76%) using liquid nitrogen. In terms of system memory TeamAU used a G.SKILL Ripjaws Z DDR4 kit configured at 1,867MHz using CL12-12-12-28 timings. Other key rig features include a GIGABYTE Z270X-Gaming SOC motherboard and Corsair 1,500 watt power supply.

From what we can tell the TeamAU guys made the submission during the Intel Extreme Masters Syndey event where we can only assume they were demoing some Extreme overclocking for the benefit of the gamers in attendance. Nice going chaps. You can find the new Aquamark World Record score from TeamAU here, as well as the Aquamark rankings page here on HWBOT.
