GIGABYTE Real Graphics, True Gaming Tech Tour 2011

To any overclocker lucky enough to attend this event, spread the word on Overclocking. The GeForce GTX580 is not meant to render games; they are meant to render 3DMark at frequencies beyond stock and then eventually burn and die :-).

Finland Mean Machine says:

Sweden, huh? But why the f... does the poster say "Gaming" when the theme seems to be overclocking? Makes no sense at all. Make your mind up. Or vice versa. Don't try to mix overclocking with gaming. Gamers don't know shit about that stuff.

United States BenchZowner says:

I think they need some communication and writing skills. Is it an overclocking event ? If yes, is it a public event ( people can enter the event to watch the overclockers ? ) or is it a private event just for Gigabyte's selected overclockers ? If it's the second option, why advertise it ? Are they looking for "excitement statements" or people to bring them food & drinks ? Is it a gaming event ? LAN gaming ? Hardware showcase ? If yes, what do they mean by Gigabyte VIPs ? They'll call some overclockers and BS us about the military weapons usage on the Sniper mobo ? Tell us that their cooler ( is the 580 SOC cooler not cooling the PWMs again ? :D ) is the very best solution for overclockers ? Haha, no thanks if that's it, and TBH if they do something like that, I can't help but wonder wtf were they thinking when they came up with that idea :D Somebody with some info ?

Belgium Massman says:

It's an event for media to show how the new products can be good for gamers. I posted it here so you (overclockers) can party-crash the events and start talking about the real deal: overclocking :D
