United States lesstutrey says:

that is, i want to see what this board can do... a lot of talk is all i've heard. Does it outgun the R3F for BCLK? I know it's more capable for 3d..

United States lesstutrey says:

erm.. and where is the slot for my raid card? Cause this board is lacking the ability to have my raid card function on it with no PCIe mini.

United States lesstutrey says:

ok i am stupid i can just plug it into that 4th pcie slot...

TaPaKaH says:

paperlaunch ... still nowhere near retail availability

Mr Moose says:

Oh come on. Get this board out!

United States KingFish says:

Why not wait a few more months make an OC board for the LGA 2011 socket? OC motherboard + top of the line processor = amazing results

United States steponz says:

Few months? It won't be here til the end of the year.. and nobody knows how its going to overclock yet....

This with 990x is win....

Wow, now this is a motherboard which should have been launched atleast a year ago, and it would have been one of the best selling boards for sure....

Australia honkie says:

You! I think it's just a such a stupid comment to make. People will always like to overclock this platform, the sandy bridge range have dropped the price of a lot of second hand and new LGA1366 CPU's. For overclockers both the price drop and release of this board IMO is great news! If you intend on using the board for what it was designed for then there are still a lot of points on offer not to mention the release of the 990X being able to bench 3d applications at over 6ghz! I am sure a lot of overclocks still have their chips stashed away somewhere, some might have sold them but I am sure a lot have kept their gem batched chips. So rather than making a stupid and ignorant comment how about you think outside the square for a moment?

dexterdude says:

I agree with Honkie only is the CPU fase not a litle overkill in count :O? but the 0.3 / 1 BLck button can be handy geting the last thing out of your OC. atleast what i would think i am no extreem Overclocker. stopt my OC some tme ago more buisy with work finding a house getting driverslicens * yhea in holland that like goiing to jail insane somtimes to get it* and car maybey after that that i will continy learning Oc by that time i can score this bord on ebay for cheap price 8D

So looking forward!
