Question is: will they be strong as lga775 or frail as Clarkies?

Belgium Massman says:

LGA775 wasn't that strong either. Remember all the fuss about degradation etc?

Yeah was just fuss Massa extensive testing proved they didn't degrade at all, only for people running high volts on air cooling (100oC+) for extensive time.

Belgium Massman says:

I didn't really follow up on the matter. So basically, degradation is just what we normally see over a long period increased in speed. It's a shortened life cycle of the silicon.
