I tried to connect four cards to PCI-E riser, but my system showed only three cards( How riser works?)))

I reckon the longer the riser, the worse the signal thus the more chance of the system not recognising the card?

I think all of them of standard length, and the card to external signs worked, but windows does not see it. I am not assured that a problem in length
