Chiller was set to 13°C - CPU wasn't scaling beyond 4450MHz (no matter the voltage) but I managed to run 4700MHz R15 with two sticks of ram

With 4 sticks of ram reference clock doesn't scale well, use 2 4gb sticks can help :)

Thx for the advice but I only had cfr sticks (2x4gb) here and that was a nightmare. Will try different ICs soon ;)
