Apparently it is known that different versions of maxmem outputs different results 1.95 vs 2.xx, 2.xx vs 3.xx as well using the benchmark in different os.
There is a thread started in July 2019 at the forums https://community.hwbot.org/topic/190145-maxxmem2-v30/
As of this writing, rules allow benchmark from 1.95 onwards and link to download software goes to author site 3.xxx download page.
