Xeon is delidded (with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut between the die and IHS - not Conductonaut, because this is a budget computer). IHS is sanded (220 grit, then "polished" with toothpaste smeared on a sock wrapped around a drill XD - it actually worked quite well) - for now this is all on the stock intel cooler (the all aluminum one) BIOS is modded to an early microcode to enable locking the multiplier at max turbo boost speed (37) for all cores. Then a little BCLK overclock to 103 to hit 3.8GHz...
