Temp 150º = Cold Bug / PLL Bandwidth Level 2-4-6-7-8 FAIL
You need core pll to 1.8v to 2.4v (try which one is best), and PLL Termination to 1.5 to 1.8v, CPU Standby Voltage to 1.35v to 1.6v, i hope this will help remove your cold bug.
