Congratulations! I suppose you need to find a better BIOS and a Vdd mod.
Mr.Scott says:
All of these are openly available at CP.
Strunkenbold says:
I think it actually begins when the first dual socket results appear.
Mr.Scott says:
Indeed.
Party pooper. :celebration:

I.nfraR.ed says:
Didn't we all know it from the beginning?
I managed to source one dual board as well.

Oh my God!!!, I do not believe my eyes )))
You have finally found it!!! This is the same board you were talking about me last month? with two magic MP's which can reach lightly 3350Mhz on LN2?
Mr.Scott says:
I have both the good dual boards.
Had subs stashed from day one.
I.nfraR.ed says:
Does anyone have an experience with MSI K7D Master L?
I've never had dual board before, so it will be a first-time experience.
Mr.Scott says:
I have one, yes.
I.nfraR.ed says:
@Mr\.Scott Any good or do I really need the Asus board that I can't find anywhere at decent price?
Strunkenbold says:
Clockgen is limited to 150Mhz and you need special mod bios to run non mp CPUs.
My board refused to detect the 2nd CPU and so slowly died, taking all CPUs I inserted with it.
Mr.Scott says:
@ Ivan- you need the Asus board. There is no comparison. I do have everything for the MSI board though if you want to try it.
I.nfraR.ed says:
@Strunkenbold that's a bad experience. Reminds me not to put my best CPUs in there.
The one I got have 2 MPs to get me running and see how the board behaves.
FSB is limited, but pinmod shoud be possible for multipliers above 12.5x.
@Mr\.Scott it would be very generous, since I don't find anything meaningful on the net
Actually find one page: http://www.emboss.co.nz/k7d/
Mr.Scott says:
Come see me at CP Ivan.
