It really needs CAS 3 to go that high, but other timings could be "tight" without any impact and you have only 3 more MHz to the maximum.

My Micron 5B can also easily do 300 C3
Micron don't have problem with CL3 as winbond.

I wasn't able to do CL3 with NF2 and NF4 chipsets. Didn't tested it on higher speeds and voltages. Rare, but possible thing
