Brother's 1/74 V for frequencies above 4400's?

so its hi or low?
my CPU not BE version and i cant goo higher on the air.
HWSW says:
when i update my mb BIOS , CPUz show voltage 0.11 volt higher than the real thing.
I.nfraR.ed says:
All 1090T have unlocked multiplier and that's what BE (Black Edition) means, so yes - your CPU is BE.
1.74V on air is very high for these. You're basically running in the dry ice territory.
I have M4A89GTD Pro/USB3 at home and as far as I remember, voltage readings were close to what is set in bios. This might have changed in latest bioses, I don't know.
HWSW says:
oh really? then i have 1090BE
thanks for your help.
BIOS ver: 3030 7/11/2012
in bios settings: vcore about 1.67v but in CPUz change rapidly between 1.52 to 1.75 !!!!
HWSW says:
i think with "zalman 9900 max" i can enter to first step of dry ice territory
this is really great CPU cooler.
I.nfraR.ed says:
Do you have load line callibration enabled?
If not - enable LLC for CPU and disable LLC for CPU-NB, these worked best for me when I was using that board.
You can't compare any air cpu cooler with DI no matter how great it is. Dry ice is -78°C.
Even 1.65V is too much for this cpu on air, better stay in the 1.55V range.
HWSW says:
you right, thanks a lot for your tip
