Sadly yes...but not for problems with the GPU. This was my 1st experience with high end AMD/ATI GPU and I was not pretty sure the voltage limit. The driver was very...very problematic above 1200MHz/1500MHz plus I did a big mistake using an OS x64. :( . Clearly I need more experience in things like this...

Use W7 64 and disable driver useless settings...

Well the GPU isn't more in my hands. Will ship to you soon, so, at least that I can buy one for me (something that I see extremely difficult) that is my "participation" in the MOA Americas 2012
By the way, in a quick test, the GPU hit the 1600 on RAM with 1.66V...maybe is a good indicator for you.
