On the 15th of August Corsair and HWBOT kick off part 1 of the 2021 Corsair OC competition series

The Corsair DDR4 OC open competition will be open for all overclockers and tweakers. Only required hardware to use is a retail Corsair DDR4 Memory kit.

Processor and Memory cooling will be limited to Air, AIO and Water Cooling setups. Usage of Chillers, TEC coolers or other extreme cooling is not allowed.

The DDR4 OC Open competition will consist of 3 stages, from which the initial stage starts on August 15th.

The specific benchmark that needs to be run will only be announced once the stage effectively kicks-off. Each stage last approximately 2 weeks, more than plenty of time to get your scores in.

If you are not enthusiastic yet, let us remind you that Corsair provided some amazing prizes, from which even some not yet released DDR5 memory kits. A DDR5 teaser is already launched at the Corsair Page.

See you all on the 15th!!
