In a forum post, Head of Moderation Christian Ney has shared the news that Dimastech System is filing for bankruptcy. We know Dimastech from the benchtables and phase-change cooling systems. Recently Dimastech was in arms with some members of the community as a result of not delivering on purchases or promises.

Dimastech System filed for bankruptcy on May 10, 2016, and the hearing will proceed on September 20, 2016, at a court in Brescia, Italy.

We are reaching out to the authorities to find out more about the situation and to see if there is a way to for affected forum members to recover some of their losses. Dimastech System is a S.n.c (Società in nome collettivo), an Italian general partnership owned by two or more partners who have full, joint and unlimited liability for its debts and obligations. In practical terms this means the court may seize any personal assets (like a house) to pay off out-standing debt.
