Old CPU-Z v1.30 works well on Windows NT, higher versions does not work. And with 128+256MB rams in Dimm 1/2 sockets respectively, the CPU-Z memory detection get completely haywire, showing 640MB of ram. LOL No comment. Fixed in latest CPU-Z beta ;)
