1209.5 * 2 = 2419 :D

That's right, but the other verification links say 24xx Mhz to equal close to 5000mhz. He would need 1209.5*4 to equal the 4838mhz (2419) required for 2nd place globally or for ddr4 mem. freq.

As far as I remember, the original v1.72 reported the frequency as double of the real frequency so the site fixed it by dividing the frequency by two. Hicookie got a beta version to test and help resolve the detection problem and uploaded this score with it. The frequency was real, but the fix can't distinguish between the original and the beta so it divides Cookie's score too.
