What kind of air-cooling was used? Almost 5.8 GHz is an incredible result.
its "easy" with 2014 Visheras. I used AMD allinone. I have one better result with my ES 9590, this one can over 5830 Mhz
Ah, you mean the AMD branded H2O cooling solution? (Maybe it's possible to edit the result details.
) It's good to hear about the improvements. I was curious, because in 2012 I reached around 5.3 GHz with a top blow air-cooler and in 2011 even with a single stage the limit was slightly above 6 GHz with the first Bulldozer generation. So that's not a huge difference between Vishera @ ambient and Bulldozer @ single stage anymore.
