time measure can be from HPET fault.. got a bunch myself. **Hope its good!

With G3258, every sub I get time measurement issue too, not sure whats going on. Even with latest system info i get same issue.

Windows 7 is fine. The time measurement only matters with Windows 8.
If this is with every G3258, we may have an issue. Mike, can you give a link to one of your subs with time measurement unavailable?

Thats not true at all.. you need to enable HPET in the MSI bios...
